Through working with residential and commercial tenants, we have often seen that tenants are not happy with the service they have been provided by their lettings agency. That is what we are here to change.

Our tenants are provided with a level of service that goes beyond simply handing keys over. We always conduct thorough viewings ourselves, so that you can take all the time you need to view your potential new home, and ask any questions that you may have. Once you have decided on your new home, we make sure that you fully understand and are happy with your tenancy agreement, before signing and welcoming you to your new home!

We do not charge any letting fees, and only ask for your first month’s rent and a security deposit before signing your agreement.

Once you have moved in, we will check on you once or twice during your first week to ensure that you are settling in well, that you are happy and to deal with any queries or concerns you may have with your property. We would also like to take the time to get to know you, so that you always feel that you can get in contact with a friendly face should you need to.

Our emergency repairs line is open 24/7, so you will always get the support needed should the worst happen, and we always have friendly staff at the end of the line, so if you need to speak to someone about your home during business hours, we are always happy to help.

Trewent Management Ltd. usually conducts maintenance services internally, and when we need to bring in a specialist contractor, we always keep a watchful eye to ensure that the work being carried out to your home is of nothing but the highest standards.

We work closely with our Landlords, offering advice on property improvements to ensure that your home is always the best that it can be.
